  1. Wow, Lady Lama! You always create the most realistic scenes! There is so much detail in the picture. The cart, the people, the dirt, the dung, the grass, the walls, the sky, etc. How much custom content did you have in your game while creating that scene?

  2. Well, my Downloads folder contains around 15.660 packages and this isn't even much compared to what others have. Creating realistic scenes with Sims 2 can be a challenge and it's what I aim for. Though the game always shows how limited it is, it is very versatile nonetheless.
Btw, I sometimes decorate for hours before I do the shot(s), ending up with capturing only a small part of the whole setting.

  3. Cool, Lady Lama! How much custom content (in terms of consumption of hard disk space) do you have? Plus, can you make a list of all the custom content in your folder?

  4. My Downloads folder consumes 5.46 GB. Make a list? How can I make a list in view of the large quantity of packages? You may want to check the HYCF List in the sidebar, which will give you a good start regarding medieval content. There are so many forums and sites with CC of all categories, that you will have your Downloads folder being filled up to the brim in no time.
If you're looking for some particular items you see in our pictures, feel free to ask (within reason)! :)

  6. I hope you're aware that this kept me busy for quite a while now ...
Whatever, here are the links (click on the words): Windows or HERE, Lamp, Door, Fence, Stone Wall, Grass (the other grass isn't available anymore), Terrain, Horse manure, Chicken, Wagon, Tree, Sky (Read instructions!), Sky recolours, More sky recolours, Wallpaper in background, Coif, Dress, Hair 3t2 Practical Curls, Outfit, Mill stone, Daisies
As you may have noticed, some of the requested items are available on this site, so you better check it before asking next time. Also, if you had scrolled through the HYCF list, you would have come across many objects you were looking for. Never mind, I guess you are new to this and I'm always trying to help. However, it's rather time consuming. :P

  7. Thanks, Lady Lama!

Now for these Alvin Walls, may I make a comment? I think you should definitely make a "downstairs" set and an "upstairs" set. The shadows at the top add depth, when you stack the same wallpaper on the first floor and the second floor. So, creating a building with three stories would look somewhat awkward, because the building may appear as if it's getting bigger and bigger with each story. Make sense?

Other than that, the custom content looks really realistic, even if it just looks good for one story but awkward with two or more stories. :)

  8. Thanks for your comment. The shadow effect is exactly how it 's supposed to be, because that's how some medieval houses were build; the front has a slant. Take a look HERE.
